Rhine and Hog Supplements – Refunds & Returns Policy
At Rhine and Hog, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to ensure you understand the process.
1. Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The supplement must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send supplements back to the manufacturer.
Note: Opened or used supplements cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations. To initiate a return, contact us at info@rhineandhog.co.za. Returns should be sent to:

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in posting.
- Contact your bank for further processing time.

3. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

5. Gifts
If your order was a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, any refund will be issued to the original buyer.
6. Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your return is approved, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over R1000, as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise.
7. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your supplement is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@rhineandhog.co.za so we can resolve the issue.
